The Paluska lineage dates back 5 generations. Immigrating from Hungary to Roanoke, IL the Paluska legacy starts with Matt Paluska and his 6 sons. Starting as a humble hardware store, Matt moved his six sons to East Peoria and together, they began Paluksa and Sons Plumbing. In 1957, the six brothers took the company and it became Paluska Brothers. One of those brothers, Louis Paluska, was the president of the Peoria Associations of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors which at the time, employed 60% of industry journeymen in Peoria. From here, the heart and commitment to the area were passed down from generation to generation, eventually leading to the founding of Paluska Plumbing by Todd Paluska in 1998. Todd’s son, TJ Paluska, leads the helm today to deliver quality plumbing.
Led by TJ Paluska, Paluska Plumbing has expanded to better serve the greater Peoria region. Upon earning a music business degree at Columbia University, TJ transitioned from academia to a hands-on role as a project manager at a construction company. Shortly after, he was invited to lead the family business as a plumber. This experience shed light on a notable deficiency in innovation within blue-collar trades, particularly plumbing. Recognizing this as an opportunity for change, TJ embarked on a mission to challenge prevailing stereotypes and revolutionize the industry. Prioritizing honesty and responsiveness, Paluska Plumbing is able to eliminate the pains of calling a plumber.
With the pursuit of innovation and growth, our company is able to make friendships within our community, particularly in the hockey and local music scene.
